ok...here goes crunches...2700 push ups...2 run...15 miles walked the dog three times...90 min walked to the pier and back swam 2 hours chased ehan at the beach 2 hours

Kreg pushed off the couch to run 3 sprints... to the bathroom because he had the squirties. Thank goodness for twinkies and soda or we would have never gotten him off the couch. On a more serious note - Kreg has gotten into strenght training rather than cardio. He is really good at watching UFC everynight! Kreg is considering a more active workout program - he discussed with the boys how to turn on the WII - not sure he is really interested in playing it though.
As for Bristol - she chased the dog down the street when the dog got out and she is great at playing pirates with Kaden.
Sierra - Walked 18 holes of golf of Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in addition to basketball practice 2 times a week for 2 hours.
Carter threw out his back in a golf tournament last week and we have placed him on injured reserve for the next few weeks.
Carson - is lifting, running and playing golf. Hoping to walk on the BYU Hawaii golf team!!!
I just chase Kaden - with Kreg's heavy workout schedule I don't have a lot of time to work out myself. Maybe next week???
