chased after my kids at sea world
1. Took Brett and the kids running !! (sad to say it was the first time I have been running since Kash was born... don't worry about how old he is. 1.5 MILES
2.Chased Cherisse's kids around Sea World!!!
3. I didn't think I was going to have time to exercise on Friday b/c we were going to see WICKED (it was fantastic by the way) However, police closed off the road 2 blocks from the theater b/c of a car chase and Tiff and I jumped out of our car a few blocks away b/c we thought we could get through and it would be faster to walk, but the sidewalk were closed... So we ended up sprinting bare foot ( bare foot in LA mind you ) with 5 minuets to get there before they wouldn't let us in ( 2 huge square blocks in nice attire!) It was quite the experience!
THEREFORE, ADD .75 SPRINTED MILES TO MY LOG THIS WEEK!
AND MOWED THE LAWN!
1. ran 22.5 miles
2. swam at the beach for 3 hours
3. played baseball on the beach for 1 hour
4. walked the dog twice (1.5 miles)
Let me just say that I'm happy you all went to see WICKED finally! and i'm extremely happy that you got to see it performed by Idina Menzel, the original Elphaba and actress who made the part and the show famous. If you didn't get the cd, shame on you, but I have it so we can make copies. I'm also glad that Tiff and Briette made it through the doors of the theater without collapsing from exhaustion...cuz that type of sprinting should only be done on a track with track shoes, not stilettos. Have a good week everyone!

SPRINTED with Briette (barefoot - I think that burns more calories!) for nearly a mile...and on city streets with nice clothing on...I'm pretty sure that is worth something as well. :)

walked 15 miles
15 workout videos

Worked out with a cheeseburger, milkshake & extra large fries in my hands!
Talk about difficulty level.... I had to sprint all the way to the counter to save my shake from the Chase monster!
All in all a successful week :)
just you wait cherisse! i start lifting and conditioning for my summer softball workout on monday and that's three days a week an hour and a half...i've only been running half an hour and doing a half hour of plyos or abs a day...i'm just gettin' started sweetheart!
