first of all...Briette is amazing...
2nd: I went walking with mom monday around the neighborhood and ate healthy meals/snacks... ( yes everyone wants to be me!)

Total Hours - 13
Biked - 32 miles
Ran - 3 miles
Walked 4.8 miles
Circuit Training - 1 1/2 hours
Yard Work - 6 hours

Lifted - 45 minutes
Sprints - 20 minutes
Rearranging warehouse -1 hour

Here at moms house I lost 4 lbs this week because we ate healthy food. I SUCKED it up at working out however... better this week I promise!!

Walked 5 miles 1.5 hrs

sweet total of 2.5 hrs.

does housework count?? cause then I have 50+ hours : )
