**well I hiked in 105 degree weather for 1.4 miles, pushing a stroller :) **I got my bum kicked at the lake trying to wake board ( I mostly just sucked...)My arms feel like they are going to fall off. **I am still moving in and lifting boxes up and down stairs ( does that count??!)
