ok so my back took a crapper and I can hardly walk...so my numbers suck!Walked - 5 milesswimming - 1 hourcycling - 16 milesROCK ON!
wow...lots of swimming this week!swimming - 6 hoursrunning - 5.3 milescrunches - 1200RAOK:Gave someone my parking spot.Let the person in front of me use my Ralph's card

I am with ShalynEverytime I tried to do something nice for someone they would beat me to it. I even had a guy at albertsons go get me a cart! But I did talk to a mom at the park that looked bored.
