Okay so it looks like Kreg and Brent are on the same workout schedule...although his preference is popems!
This week's report:
crunches - 3200
cycling - 36 miles - 2 hours
walked - 6 1/2 miles
ran - 2 1/2 miles

walked - 3 miles
played life guard for 2 hours

and for tiffani, cherisse and briette...you all forget to post your lifting schedule! i know for a fact that you all do arm exercises regularly in the form of picking up your kids...THAT COUNTS!

ok so i know it's late to some of you, but yes i am still on the computer...oh the perks of being a college student!

anywho...i was thinking on my way home from kissa's birthday party how fabulous this family (this includes significant others and children) has been to me, so for that i just wanted to give a huge THANK YOU! and in honor of that kindness, i have decided to start a RAOK. a RAOK is a Random Act Of Kindness that you do for someone that you don't know. it could be as simple as holding a door open for someone, or as big as helping someone with their groceries.

so at least once a week, with a goal of doing something once a day, i'm going to start a RAOK. if anyone would like to join me, you're more than welcome...just post it at the bottom of your fitness log for the week.

nighty night don't let the bed bugs bite (or kids...don't let them kick you too bad either for that matter) and love you all!
