just wondering when those times from the 5k are going to be posted, i never did see them and just wanted to see how i stacked up with all of the rest. thanks.

Same as last week, but I am hoping to start working out a little this week.
60 minutes legs & back
60 minutes chest, shoulders, triceps
15 minutes abs
60 minutes core work/stretch
90 minutes volleyball
running - 150 minutes
