So Tiffani suggested that we start a family fitness blog where we can share our ideas and successes regarding health etc. We should also include recipes and whatever you feel so inclined to share... I will let Tiffani explain the process on the next post.

Okay so here is the deal. Mom's birthday is approx. 4 months away, so I figured we had 4 months to get our butts in shape. THe idea of this is to post our accomplishments and keep each other accountable, then at the end of these 4 months we get to do something fun and see what we have accomplished. These are the areas that we want everyone to keep track of:
1. How many miles you run/walk/bike/swim/whatever per week
2. How many hours you worked out per week
3. What you did to work out
And if you want to keep track of these you can... weight loss/ body fat percentage/ eating habits.
I think it would be good to share with each other what we have overcome or accomplished and then continue to become the healthiest we can. When we all get together we can do a 5K and some other fun fitness stuff.
If you have any other suggestions, they are all welcome. Let's try to start at the beginning of next week - Monday, April 28th.
